What is VidsTracker?

A simple tool that follows the YouTube channels you care about, your own and your competitors’, and puts every new upload in one feed, ranked so you can see what’s working in your niche right now. Long videos and Shorts each have their own feed.

Who is it for?

Creators and teams running several channels and watching dozens of competitors at once: people who lose track of what’s happening, find trends too late, or never see the whole picture of their niche.

How do I get access?

VidsTracker is in a private beta. Leave your email above and we’ll invite you as spots open. Once invited, you sign in with Google. No password needed.

How much does it cost?

It’s free during the beta. If we add paid plans later, beta users will hear about it first and nothing changes without your say.

Do you need access to my YouTube account?

No. VidsTracker only reads public YouTube data: titles, thumbnails, views and subscribers. Google sign-in is used just to know who you are; we never post, upload or change anything on YouTube.

What is the outlier score?

A video’s views divided by its channel’s subscribers. 1x means a video got as many views as the channel has subscribers; 10x or 100x means it broke far beyond its usual audience, usually a sign of a topic worth looking at.

How does network tracking work?

When you add a channel, VidsTracker looks at the channels it features on its page and the channels it @mentions or links in its videos. Those are usually its sister channels and the creators it collaborates with. You can also search channels with a similar name, since many creators run several channels under one name. You decide which ones belong and track them into a new folder or an existing one.

How fresh is the data?

New uploads and the last 30 days of videos are refreshed every few hours; older videos are refreshed daily or every few days. View counts come straight from YouTube.

How many channels can I track?

Up to 200 channels per account during the beta, in as many folders as you like. You can paste a whole list of channel links at once.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Settings → Delete account removes everything immediately, and Settings → Export gives you a copy first. See the Privacy Policy or write to matteo@subelomedia.com.
